Great Question, Christa. Digital Marketer here.

In my opinion running ads can get you the quickest results. it can take a few weeks to get your ad's fully dialed in, and SEO can take at minimum 3 months ( with a really aggressive campaign) to start seeing results.

However, Im a big fan of SEO because budget wise you can taper your adspend  off to the eventually nothing when SEO takes over.

So I'm glad to see you investing in SEO, to me thats thinking ahead for long term growth for your business.

So the $16k also includes your adspend, which means you won't pay any extra for adspend other than the 16k?
Also what does their SEO packages include?

Depending on ad spend and SEO, Price wise, that seems decent. I've seen lower for quality marketing services...I would say keep doing research before you decide on a company.

for sure @LaMetrius Jackson

  • For Phone:
    • head to the app store or google play store from your phone.
    • do a search for podcast
    • download the ones with the highest reviews.
      • I've been using "Castbox" also might as well listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcast while your at it!
    • In the podcast app in the search bar type in the show names
    • also just do a general search for "wholesaling"
    • download each episode that interests you'
    • profit
  • For PC/Mac:
    • install spotify (or other podcasting app)
    • under browse click podcasts
    • then search for shows

Its crazy... web dev here who wanted to wrtite some software that used MLS apis... from my very limited research you have to access each individual API, depending on what MAJOR MLS provider that that MLS uses. From what i understand thats a few different companies across the US. So you would need to see who provides service to your local MLS and then request APi access from that major provider, THEN request Access to the local market MLS. then you can use the data....

I could be totally wrong....and i looked this up to a very limited degree...and i dont have recollection where i found that at... so feel free to do your own research.

I just remember walking away from my project idea thinking "Nope, not worth it"
