hey @Robert Klisak and @Ricardo Powell Jrim a web developer and digital marketer, if you have any industry specific questions feel free to PM me and i would be glad to chat with you. For something quick, beautiful, cheap and DIY i like wix or squarespace. Also Investor Carrot was specifically designed to do all the stuff a real estate investor might want/need to do. However, if you want a custom , grow with your business, that'll do whatever you want type of site, WordPress is it. I've been building with wordpress for years now and there isn't an industry that doesn't use wordpress. SEO, Email Marketing, Lead Captures, Easy to edit (once you understand the system) etc. Theres a reason that almost 1 out of every 3 sites in the world is ran on wordpress.

Hey @Matt Mcnulty and for everyone else getting started for some amazing photos you can use for free checkout: https://unsplash.com/search/photos/real-estate . You can search for pretty much anything on there and the collection is incredible. If you're looking to keep your costs low, this is a game changer. I'm a web developer and whenever doing client sites I use unsplash. Check it out!

Hey Jonathon, I'm a Web Developer/Certified Digital Marketer here who loves Real Estate. I Like what Carrot does with their SEO stuff (at least from what I know). They have a good solution just be aware that SEO work takes time, and is not cheap because it's a series of many small incremental changes, that take time to blossom into you actually seeing more clicks and people through your funnel. So taking some time to scale your business and save up some money to pay now, but see growth in the long term is a solid plan. On a side note, I would be up for having a conversation about whatever work needed to be done. I can provide you a link to my portfolio if your still looking around. PM me for more information.
Good luck, glad to hear you're making moves.
