Hey Greg, web developer here. Not sure I fully comprehend what your asking. Are you looking to make an API call? And  get data back In JSON? Or are you looking to access the css and html? Be a bit more specific and I'll see if I can help you out.

Thanks

Hey guys wanted to share a cool free tool for all of you DIY marketers thats pretty good(and usually something you have to pay for):
https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/

and https://trends.google.com/trends/?geo=US

They're both (especially the 1st one) really cool for finding what keywords to target on your websites and paid ads, as well as see who your competitors are.

Check it out!

It's powered by AI so it probably wont be 100% accurate(Yet) but it has a free trial and can get you started. good luck!

@Andrew Neal has some good points, I'm a certified digital marketer and web dev, and what hes referring to is inbound marketing (google it, youtube it) . I would begin my process with alot of learning, first Youtube because its free ,but  Udemy has some really good stuff on their for people beginnning their SEO/Inbound life on a side note if you get good at this, no one will ever assign you a job again because being a top tier SEO guy is VERY lucrative (I'm trying to get their too!).

One strategy is to go where your people are. Facebook groups are amazing. Look for something like "Local City Buy, Sell, Trade" and other groups. You get free exposure to people who are in your target markets. Also don't forget about craigslist, doing the same thing. I do have to warn you, trying to accomplish the task  set before you is going to be repetitive and long, but it CAN work. If your content is  plentiful, top tier, provides value, search engine optimized and actually speaks to your target market you could get hundreds of leads per week.

hey Jason, I think that it's a smart move that you want to take your Marketing Online. I'm a Hubspot certified digital marketer who runs his own digital marketing firm and have seen the benefits of SEO and PPC advertising.

A few things to note when looking for a digital marketing firm:

  • Do your research, referrals are the best to see whos getting results.
  • Here's a quick tip for your wife, make sure her "business" is setup at https://www.google.com/business/ because then she will show up on google maps and increases her chance of being found if someone searches for "Realtors near me" or something like that.
  • https://www.fiverr.com/ is perfect for  one time jobs like:
    • Build your website
    • Building a Landing Page
    • Optimize one page for SEO
    • Run one/two Online adds
  • Things like SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay Per click advertising) take a bit of time to get optimized and to see leads rolling in. The Initial cost can be a bit staggering for new investors who are just getting started, but can be worth it especially if other investors in your market are not competing online.
  • It's so hard to get a price out of people, you have to fill out all these crazy forms, wait for a consultation, which I understand since we do something similar. I've structured my prices a bit differently and have a set fee for all of my digital marketing services, since it can be frustrating to potential customers who just want to know "can i afford this right now or not?". My point is don't be afraid to ask ballpark prices in the beginning that way you don't waste your time.

Hope that helps brother and good luck!

I would look into hubspot, I took their certifications for digital marketing and was impressed with their whole system. its free and amazing and can grow with your business. Also I have used zoho which also has a free tier and im growing more impressed with their stuff (lol. I just copied and pasted it from the other conversation underneath this one) also have you looked into mail chimp? That sounds like it'll do what you need and also has a free tier
