@Laura Gilles I'm in Salt Lake and looking at Twin Falls and Idaho Falls as alternatives. I have done work in both markets and think there are lots of opportunities there.

@Nathan Kartchner St. George is crazy right now and I think people are being priced out of the market. I've been looking in Cedar City because I think that may be a place buyers and tenants look for more reasonable priced housing.

We are under contract on a 30 unit townhome rental development site in Cedar.

@Connor Bathen I have two partners. One is an architect and the other is a GC. We have a 4-plex and 5-plex development projects and would love to be a resource to you.

@Kaden Dayton I really like Utah First Credit Union and have done a few deals with them (development, lot loan, acquisition rehab). I work with Jeff Stringham.

@Mindy Francis I've been looking at stuff up there for years. I had an offer on a lot that allows nightly rentals recently, but lost out to the owner of the adjacent lot.

Even though you may find something in an area zoned for nightly rentals, the HOA may restrict them, so you need do some digging into the CC&Rs.

I'm still looking for the right property up there...
