Better yet, how can I use an SDIRA to invest in one of our syndications?
Currently the money still sitting in a 401k with fidelity

Would this be beneficial from a Seller's standpoint? 
Will they still be assessed capital gains tax in the same manner as a traditional sale?

The plan is to use SBA now for acquisition and refinance in 3 years to agency.

We do have a local bank and bridge lender as backups.

Another one of our lenders mentioned Greystone for ALF’s so I wanna see their terms as well.

Good afternoon everyone and happy MOnday! :)

we're closing on 20 units in Lorain and need a handyman for minor repairs, 

We have a great guy Rick Phares but he is currently going through some health problems unfortunately 

So please share whoever you know is looking for work

Also me and my partner are here for the rest of the week if anyone wants to meet up somewhere for dinner and talk about real estate

@Eric D. Use an SBA loan, they are offering great terms right now. We're purchasing a 71 bed in south Florida using SBA. 

Literally just completed the application and waiting on contract execution later this week so I do not have much insight to offer but the seller is aware that SBA is what we're using and understands it will be a long closing
