Hey Matthew how did the Refi go? we're looking to do the same with our 16-unit and we are worried about the same issue given we are in a small town and our leases are almost double market rents.

@Noelle Pritchard Barkley

Hello Noelle, great situation to be in.

The most bang for your dollar would be of course to be an active investor. Joint venture with a partner(s) where you’re the capital partner and then the operating agreement will be created with as much or little responsibility as you’d like.

Next easy option is to be a private lender and ask for 10% on your money having a piece of real estate as collateral.

There’s nothing better than the South east of the country, congrats.

I live in Florida and me and my partner focus on Multifamily apartment buildings only in the midwest

@Garison Clemens

I'll be curious to see what kind of numbers you come out with,
I've been searching the Florida market for multifamily and it is quite complicated at the moment even though the Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville areas are expected to continue to grow

@Lennon Lee
I see you're located in South Florida but your portfolio is in Texas, I guess you've been finding it difficult like me to find good multifamily deals.

Are you actively looking down here as well?
