Has anyone used Peak Asset Lending out of Kansas recently? Are they still making loans?

I'm curious what experiences buy and hold investors have had with this lender.

Michael, great thread! I have read through the whole thread and it is extremely valuable. Do you own any single family rentals? I am in the process of purchasing some single family rentals but am also planning to purchase a 2 flat in Chicago just like you.

However, I am a little torn between whether or not I want to buy more single family rentals or focus more on small multi-family properties going forward.

What made you decide to purchase these multi-family properties instead of single family rentals?

Thanks again for documenting your experiences in this thread.

That's pretty cool. I'm happy to be doing business with you all.

Thanks for continuing this thread. It has been very insightful for gaining a glimpse at what it is like to purchase and own a turnkey 2 flat in the Southside of Chicago.

I'm interested in purchasing one too. How long have you owned your building? Despite the issues you have encountered this far, are you still considering purchasing more units from the turnkey provider?
