YES - 100% financing is possible

YES - interest and other fee's will probably eat up all your cash flow and profit.

Over the short-term anyway...

check with private lenders or community banks first.

 Tax Credits are the game here.  They usually make sens for VERY large developments (100+ units) because of all the CPAs and Lawyers you have to hire.

This is just the case in my experience.
