I just purchased a duplex in lake county Indiana, and yes those rates sounds reasonable. Rates on multi family units are going to be a little higher than SFH. But honestly once rates on duplexes keep going up I expect SFH's to follow right behind in the same trend. If you need any other info please feel free to reach out to me
