1. OTA's - VRBO, Homeaway, BDC, Travelocity, +++ Use a PMS that has a channel manager, they integrate with a lot of different platforms.
If you're looking for medium-term renters...
1. Listing websites - Zillow, Apartments, Furnished Finder, militarybyowner
2. Maketplaces - Facebook
3. Groups - Facebook

@Brent Hannam LTR vs STR, depends on your goals on how you'd like to start. I think the best way to start is pick something and just take action.

@Jordyn Rodriguez, its not up to state but the management company/owner.
1. Make sure local regs allow STRs
2. Make sure you can still profit as a master lease STR
3. Make sure the apartment is aware and okay with your business.

Just spoke with a manager in Orlando, they are getting booked. Can't say if you would though without seeing property.

I just looked up Tampa, from what I see they don't have any regs in place. Verify with zoning but it seems Tampa hasn't made up their mind yet. If you register on FF you can see the number of people inquiring which will give you a good idea. Might be worth the little bit to register to see as it could save you the pain of finding out the hard way.
