1. Easiest to start locally

2. Find comparables and then see how much it costs to operate the property

3. Not sure which is wiser, check seasonality and demand.

4. If youre looking to build a hospitality business, sure.

@Milan Dixon Pricelabs can show you through their market reports on how people have been pricing. Profit comes down to how much your expenses are vs how much youre able to pull in. You can find out how much people are bringing in from pricelabs, how much people spend is pretty variable.
