@Richard Lovering, set your cancellation policy to however you want, flex, moderate, strict. You can give them the option to pay a premium for a refund option. If you book direct you can offer credit also.

@Maurice D. August. Schlage you have to manually change the codes which poses a security risk as more often then not you don't want to change the code often cause its an extra step. August removes that extra step for you.

@Nicole Vincent no cleaning doesnt need to be factored as it's paid by the guest. You can put a line item for monthly deep clean if you want though. You can take your gross and put in 1% if you feel like you need to save for maintenance each month.

I started with mobile homes, didn't spark my interest the same way STR's did.
