@John HIll Great topic and glad you made this post. Goals are more powerful when shared.
1. Become more active on Bigger Pockets forums by responding to at least 4 posts a week.
2. Grow my network both on here and at networking events.- I am close to your area so if you have any meetups that you recommend, it would be much appreciated!
3. Add 3 more clients to my Virtual Assistant business!
4. Run a 5k with my 6yr old son. The Donut Dash in Denver looks fun and might help motivate my son. (Who am I kidding...It will motivate me too! haha)
5. Sell my current home and find our next live and flip project!
Best of luck on your goals. Crush it!

@David Nacco Thank You! I recently attended a networking event where I was easily the “dumbest” person in the room. Instead of feeling intimidated, I walked away feeling inspired and motivated.

Hello Bigger Pockets!
Brand new to this brilliant community and so excited to become involved. I have been listening to podcasts constantly and have felt more connected to the real estate world.
My husband and I identified at an early age that becoming home owners was a non-negotiable life goal for us and purchased our first home at 21 yrs old. We have always looked for homes with good bones but in need of a little (or a lot) of love. It has been an amazing journey so far. However, we are now ready to become investors as well. The advice and resources from this community has been invaluable. Thank you!
To sum this introduction up, it truly is a privilege to be a part of this community and I am looking for to add my insights in this give and take forum! See you guys around soon!
Thanks!
Julie
