@Michael Lee Wow you truly gave that a good break down. I feel more comfortable that I can find financing because the bank only told me they would give only 60,000. Now I didn't keep reading down this thread but maybe you may have the answer. Should you have private financing look at you before you even try to put an offer on a deal to make sure if you get a deal through REO they are already ready to finance similar to how a real estate agent will make you run a credit check with a lender before they start showing you a house?
