Hi Tim,

If it takes me a year to get a deal then I will be in BIG trouble. I have been sending out my leads for 2 1/2 months and nothing was happening so I kind of stopped sending them out for a while and began to evaluate where I was going wrong. Now I am trying to find out the most cost effective way to send out my mailers since I felt I was throwing good money after bad. I will be sending out at least 1,000 mailers this week and let’s see what happens. I am trying to be positive b/c I know this thing works I have done it before but the market has changed drastically since our economy has tanked. I find there are a lot of real estate investors pounding the pavement now which makes the deals slim pickings...

Help?! I have been working as a part time real estate investor going on 4 months. I have paid numerous money trying to send out postcards, letters and putting up bandit signs; nothing seems to be working. Is there anything else I can be doing to generate leads/deals??? My money is practically gone and I can’t see what I have spent it on since nothing seems to be working. I do understand that nothing happens overnight and I realize everything takes time but at the moment MY TIME IS RUNNING OUT. Can someone please tell me what else is there that I can do? I would like to see a deal come my way before my money runs completely out?!
