Hi @Gary Brown.  You should consider attending The Real Deal Meet-Up with Charles Blair The Mad Scientist.  The meetings are held on every 4th Saturday @ The BWI Hilton in Linthicum, Maryland. @Tonya Lucas, I went through the same thing and then I just used my name and added Enterprises, LLC. But when I realized I was doing different deals I came up with a couple DBA; doing business as. I finally came up with The Kolorful Nvestor and that name fits me and my personality like a glove! I hope this helps!

@Edward Peugh, I have been looking into The 10 Hour Wholesaler which it is a program where you are taught how to wholesale virtually.  I'm still in the due diligence mode but that would at least be a good start.  Also, check out an investor by the name of Chris Bruce who teaches/coaches/mentors about the subject too.  I hope this helps.  Have a blessed day!
