Keep building your real estate knowledge by both investing and staying active in this community. If your goal is to succeed as a limited partner or private lender, it’s crucial to understand real estate from every angle—buying, selling, construction, and of course, lending. If you're planning on holding on to it for long term, I like the play. If you're on the fence and you're still figuring out your investing strategy for now and the next 5 years, it may not be the best fit. If you feel like you could be stuck, it's not something you'll be excited for on closing day.

Quote from @Fajer Shamlan:
Hello BP community,
I'm considering San Antonio to buy my SFH investment for long-term or medium-term rental. However, I realized that all newly built houses in San Antonio have HOAs, and I hesitated to buy a home with HOAs due to the restriction and the possibility of the HOA fee increase in the future. Would someone advise on HOAs in San Antonio? I
Would someone who knows the San Antonio market advise B neighborhood names with potential appreciation rental demand? Which zip codes to avoid?
Thanks in advance
HOAs can be a problem with short term rentals, not so much midterm. And I set up your home search for some great areas to invest at this time
