If you can split each into 3 or more lots and put a 2020 mobile home on each lot, I think you would get more bang for your buck. The more acres sold together, the cheaper the buyer can get it for most times

I think it's very dependent on the property and market. If the home has a really nice layout or beautiful interior and it's not getting many showings, I would definitely recommend a video tour.
