then you’re not doing it right. To live in Texas and not take advantage of it is absolutely wild. All 5 of my homes are in my home town because it works.

Yes red flag for me unless you can get more information. It seems like something I wouldn’t want to deal with.

It’s not like they’re million dollar rental properties either.

Hey Neal I’ve never done it, but I know many people that do it or tried it. The amount of work and stress will multiply so I would just be cautious about that

At the end of the day, there’s no right or wrong answer. Each investor’s current situation will have a huge impact on which path would be better for them. Just wanted to see some different points of view on it.

Very good points Bruce, and  didn’t think about the difficulty to obtain a commercial loan for many investors.
