It depends on many different factors, such as location, cash flow, and type of property, furnished/unfurnished. Each investor will have a different answer because of those different variables that go into it.

Hey Collin, how did this transaction go? I have a custom builder here in SA getting ready to list a development of duplexes at a 4.5% rate. If you're interested, I can send over the info and numbers they provided.

I started both at the same time. And when I got my license I started part time for 3-4 months before leaving my full time job. Just get started on both and you'll figure it out
