I went through ProSchools, and it was great! I can give you a discount code that gives you $100 off too and have an extra set of books too!

@Erica France,

 Jonathan,

Avoiding a buyers agent is actually just a disadvantage to you, greatly. Especially being a buyer, you should ALWAYS use an agent for several reasons. First, the buyers agent is FREE to you, is the expert and will be able to get you a lower price than you would be able to, so why wouldn't you use one? Plus the number 1 lawsuit in real estate transactions resonate from dual agency(one agent representing the buyers and the sellers).

It's just better to have a buyers agent, it's free and they can be a great resource so why not. If you need any referrals, let me know!

Best of luck!

Hey Maureen! If you need any help or have any questions, please feel free to contact me, I would love to help out! I took my almost about a year ago so I have a lot of it still fresh in my head, and I scored a 98% :) I have a lot great tools and resources as well that helped me! Prep Agent is a great way to study on Youtube. Also, have you decided which area you are going to focus on? Which brokerage you're going to work for?

Best of luck to you and good luck on your exam!!! Study hard and you will do great!

Best,

Thank you everyone! I'm looking to grow my network with all professionals from the industry, especially a hard money lender as I am looking to get into REI right away! Would love all your referrals as well as any advice you can give a newbie!

Thanks again and Happy Holidays to everyone!
