What was the full bid price before and after that line item #12's description change?

Non-required, cheap insurance is worth having. Sacrifice some cash flow to safeguard the value.

Yeah when they replaced the 11 year old fridge with a new one, I sold the old one for $300 bucks lol. People forgetting they have warranty or not wanting to mess with it is how these companies can afford contracts like mine I guess.
And when Lowe's delivered the fridge I was like, "See that ding?". Gave me a ~15% refund back on the card. That old fridge done me good.

but really govmit mandate is and has been with us forever.. was not at least in our area to the mid 50s or so that you even needed a building permit.. or think when the UBC code was established.. Or you need a licensed plumber or electrician.
However I totally hear you in my area here in Portland Oregon. We will spend almost 100k that's 100k to get a lot shovel ready. That's before you pay for the dirt or do the dig out for the foundation.. So that pretty much makes our starter housing
Doesn't really matter as long as people keep buying them houses for 600,000+ lol. How much would it cost to build say, a 1,200 sqft home on .25 of an acres over there?
They didn't have permits or codes enforced when my current home was built, still not burned down. Hell, the electricity was on and flowing 6' under water and still didn't burn my house down. The only permit you have to pull now is a $75 building permit, unless you're unlucky enough to live in the city limits, ew!

Get a $130 window unit and milk that warranty for all it's worth. If you wait it out and squeak enough, you'll save bunches.
Since they have to be called out again for the same issue, you shouldn't have to pay another service fee.
We got an inside condenser, fan, compressor, capacitor and outside fan replaced for $180. They replaced an 11 year old fridge with a $900 new one, 20 year old cook top with a new $1600 one and a 20 year old double wall oven with a new $2200 one.

Wake me up when they start getting rid of mandatory parking minimums.
this is why electric cars will be the majority in 10 years.. I own two Teslas and I would never go back to 100 year old technology.
Yeah but that AMG though. : )

If I only had ~$6,000 to my name, no job and knew what I know now about RE... I would get a job.

I wouldn't sacrifice employment wages for potential investment opportunities. I would seek out the highest earnings and then worry about passive income.

So these solar panels are akin to someone having to pay for a grinder pump when getting city/county water/sewer service, right? Or are the residents responsible for storing the energy and utilizing it for particular appliances and etc?
