@Michael Lewis Lee Great feedback! It just seems like it could be a problem. I will look at what my options are to re-arrange the bathroom to maybe be accessed from the hallway or something. For that to work I would need to get a great deal.

Well this be an issue in renting or selling a home? Its a 3 Bed One Bath but the bath is only accessed from a bedroom?

I would house hack a small multi-family. Live in one and rent the others out. with and FHA loan you would only need 3.5% down. Do that over and over. Once you have a wife and family it can get harder to do that.
