Well, I was hoping I would see a few GC's names on here by now. I wouldn't mind seeing other's preferred GC. I'm sure some out there don't want to divulge that info....they want to keep their GC to themselves.

I am currently two weeks into my second flip. So far, I would recommend the GC on this job. His name is Jimmy Dorsey with North Texas Custom Restoration and Remodeling (or just NTC), 214-802-7970. He has been easy to work with and personable. He or someone from his crew (not his tradesmen) has been onsite the majority of the time overseeing or lending a helping hand. I have met his electrician, framer, and tile guy. All have been professional.

As with any GC/tradesmen, do your due diligence!

Good luck!

Thanks!

Hello all lenders out there! I am looking for lenders that are in need of a new/additional draw inspector.

The area that I cover includes all of Dallas, Collin, Rockwall Counties, and partial coverage of all connecting counties except for Tarrant. I primarily work on residential new construction and rehab/remodel jobs.

I started Dallas Realty Services, Inc. in '08, and have performed approximately 6,500 inspections.

My wife and I recently started investing in RE with flips. We are closing on our second house next week. It's a 2300 sq 4/4/2 in Lake Highlands (Dallas).

By adding a little more to my draw inspection routine I could free up some time so I can focus solely on draw inspections and RE investing. I also work as a contract photographer for a company called Shoot2sell, where I spend approximately 35 hours per week. They are strictly an architectural photography company (MLS listings, marketing for businesses...). Needless to say, I'm a busy guy! My wife is a stay at home mom/newbie investor, so I'm out making enough money for the family.

If you would like additional information such as cost, turn around time, qualifications..., feel free to contact me.

Thanks for your time!

The offer sounded too good to be true, so I went to the forum to see what I could find, and here I am. Is this something that BP has allowed on their site...please tell me no!

Surface Connection did a great job. The cost wound up being $300, which included repairing a couple of dings and a 13 month warranty that will stay with the house.
