Does anyone for see another housing crisis like what we had back in 2007. I heard economist Harry Dent speak on this about 3 years ago in Atlanta. He predicted a housing market crash sometime between 2016-2019.

Let me know your thoughts.

Hi everyone, I own a cash flowing duplex I purchased a year ago in St. Paul and am looking to purchase another one in the Daytons bluff neighborhood of St. Paul.

My dillema is that my spouses credit has dropped significantly since last year when we purchased our first duplex and I cant qualify without her income. So my question is, is anyone looking to partner on a cashflowing duplex, we can neggotiate the terms and have our lawyers give the paperwork a once over so that we are on the same page and covsred there. Let me know. Thanks!

I am looking to purchase a duplex in St. Paul, MN. When I visited the property the tenants told me the home has mice. In your experience is this a deal breaker or somwthing that is easy to fix?

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home in a small Beach town in Maine called Old Orchard Beach, I currentley have long term tenants but Im intrigued by the idea of using Air B & B once their lease expires. What experiences have you had using air B & B to rent out your property? Good or bad.
