Hey @Sandy S Harris ,
I use ProspectNow. And I love it. I can find pretty much anything I want about an owner of a property on there as well as sale dates, LLC info, etc.
Here is an interview that ValueHound has on their site about ProspectNow.

There are two people I recommend to learn commercial real estate from.
1. Craig Haskell from Value Hound Academy
And
2. Ray Alcorn's course is also really good.

Just saw that the Valuehound website had part-4 of their syndication basics up. Thought some of you might get something from it. Plus it's free info. I love free. :)

Now that I have ready ALL of Craig's books, I can say that they are downright fantastic. I have completely digested every single article, interview and video he has on his website, AND read his books. Amazing stuff. Probably the best stuff out there, hands down.

Yeah, see I am that type of person too that throws out a one liner to someone to catch interest to open a dialog for more information. But some people prefer a 30-60 second commercial for theirs. But for me, that type of long thing (even if you can do it fast between going to just the next floor in an elevator) to me is like removing yourself from the conversation for an advertisement. It breaks the conversation up. I have tried it both ways but like the short method myself.

Hey all, don't know if this is in the right place or not, but just wondering what you all are using for an Elevator Speech to speak with potential equity partners? Do you stick with something short and sweet or go with some longer "sales pitch" type speech when they ask you what you do?

Here is a question for all you English majors out there. What is the proper spelling for multi-family? I have seen it 3 different ways (multifamily, multi-family, and multi family). I personally use the one with the hyphen in it but wanted to know which one is the "correct" spelling or if it even matters.
Thanks

Hey all, I have a friend that lives in Auckland, New Zealand and is wanting to get into commercial and multi-family specifically there. Does anyone know if commercial investing there is the same as it is here in the states? What would be some differences?
Thanks
