Anyone has any investments in East Point Georgia 30344 area? I heard it is very hard to work with City and no Handyman? Is that a safe area for rental properties?

What is the trick to finding the best rental area? Do cities have information on their website where you can go find the hot areas for rental properties?

The day before yesterday, I have put my rental property on rent and I have received 40-45 request so far. Should I put a message on the website stating that we are unable to accept application at this time due to high volume of inquiry? How should I handle the scenario?
