How do u get a person to sell when they dont want to ?

so which books would u guys recommend for a newbie or seasoned investors looking to expand their tactics in real estate investing

hello all its a short question but i know u guys have pleanty answer so please feel free to drop your post i would love to hear your thoughts?

hey guys i got a question for u. how do u put a property under contract if u found the property thru an agent.

As for myself, i started with Toney Robbins programs, Think and Grow Rich, As A Man Thinkith, and Rich Dad Poor Dad. There are a few others i have read from Depak Chpora, Wayne Dyer, etc. , But yes u should always start within, :idea: cultivate your mind like a farmer, Ripping out the weeds buy the roots, and Plant and Watering a good mental crop. Eventually it shall Bring forth Fruit. Weither Good Or bad it shall bring forth and produce more of its kind.

Hello everyone, my name is Rod from VA... and Im a new investor i like what u guys saying. my question is now do u structure a no money down contract. i found this property, for cheep, and it comes with an extra lot, it looks like a good deal. but how do u get the ball rollin. i have most of the carleton sheets stuff, but my books got thrown out, would any of u like to help me get the ball rollin. It would be highly apreciated
