Hi everyone. Im a part time investor (wholesaling, flips, and rentals) from Pittsburgh who just moved to the QCA. Im looking for a rehab I can acquire immediately.

An old farmhouse that I could gut and rehab would be ideal...but anything with 3-4+ bedrooms would be good. Iowa side preferred.

When looking for deals, what keywords do YOU use to find them on the MLS? How about on Craigslist? Here is a list Ive been putting together. Feel free to add more if you want. Hope this helps someone!
