help im trying to find the payment history on mortgages is there some sort of sheet?

are there any investors or wholesalers out there in real estate that use attorney's to find the O&E owners & encumbrances report and to look at any liens against a property at the county assesor's office and to look for the NOD notice of defult?

because i need to get started in real estate and i don't have an attorney who would be willing to travel to get me leads and i would also like to know if the attorney has an investors list that they can share with me free of charge or basically clients who closed on certain propertyies and i can look at the type of property it was and what type of investor they are or if they are a wholesaler

hi everybody im trying to get started in buying non performing and performing notes but i don't know where to start right now im trying to look for videos on youtube, any advise?

how to do a title search for each state to see whose name was written down in the legal documents right?

or maybe if we can find the name of the title company/attorney involved we might be able to find whose names were written down on the legal documents.
