@Michael Bowman Thanks for clarification. I've seen information posted about the meeting before so I wasn't under the impression that it was some type of sales pitch. You guys seem to get together and discuss the latest and greatest of your real estate ventures, which is exactly what I'm looking for.

@Michael Bowman I totally agree with you on that. I'm a bit leery of PM to be honest. I've had bad experiences with PM as a renter...So I would manage it myself or my partner for now. Eventually when I find a company I can trust I would look at letting them manage things for me. I'm looking to rehab a property in the neighborhood that I grew up in the Orlando area. It sits in a great location ( 2 minutes from prime shopping at the Premium Outlets, 4 mins from Universal Studios, just off of International Dr which is prime for tourists and attractions). There are quite a few properties in the neighborhood that need TLC.

@Michael Bowman awesome. I have my sights set on multi-family housing and owning some apartment units. I've looked at some potential properties here in the Charlotte area, Columbia SC and also Orlando.

@Michael Bowman Great, sounds fun. Do you invest in single-family or multi-family properties?

Hello,

I'm a tech geek in the Charlotte, NC area (South Charlotte) looking to connect with Investors in the area and gain some knowledge. I'm big on finding mentors when you're interested in something and learning from the guru with a ton of experience. I'm definitely willing extend my experience in UI/UX Design (websites and mobile apps) and furniture rehab in exchange for knowledge and experience.

So, if you're an investor (multi-family, SF, wholesaler, flipper) in the area and open to connecting don't hesitate to reach out! I look forward to meeting you all!

That is so awesome @Leigh Ann Smith My friend and I have discussed plans for a Tiny House community. I think it's a great way to solve homelessness, good starter option for a single-mother to own a home...etc. You were definitely right for utilizing AirBnB to rent out the tiny house when you're not using it. Keep it up!

@Johnquel jones FHA loan is a great option for you as well as 203k loan, lease option or seller financing. Do some research and keep an open mind. If you see a property that you like, don't be shy about asking the owner about a lease option, although the owner should be free and clear of a mortgage of the owner is willing to do seller financing. How you read The Book on Investing in Real Estate with no (and low) Money Down by Brandon Turner? If not, you should it's a great read and will definitely show you how to acquire properties with no money down.

@Rasheeda Green Welcome to BP! I'm new to the site as well. Although I've read quite a few books from BP and done a lot of research I'm here to connect with other investors, learn more and build up more portfolio. We should connect some time.
