Any has invested in sf in southeastern and southwestern area in atlanta ga? What are the more difficult areas in term of rental?

And easy to sell out?

Have some qns regarding whether a sf is good for rent 

1) Would the sf be considered lousy with the surrounding having few houses, locate at area with few roads and alot of brushes or very inside on the lot compared to other house?

2) Would the sf be considered lousy with the surrounding 2 miles with 3 restaurants, 1 grocery store and 1 gas station? 

Have some qns about us banks 

1) Do any us bank or unions usually accept foreign address for opening of bank account? Heard some of them open account with fargo and they accept foreign address but not any more

2) Which banks have offer 2 factors authentication login and allow internet wire transfer request at min fees

Are there any website allowing researching where are the main employment industry located and how much employment the companies accounts for the metro

Citidata gives some of the employment industry percent but don't have the specific companies names and locations

How to determine which class does a area belong to or the definitions are more subjective to investor?

When using the house to apply for credit lending does the bank or other lenders send guys to the house to do appraisal before approving the credit?

Or they merely using price of similar surrounding house to establish the current market price to determine the ltv without going to the hse?

How to search for property in ready move in condition on most search engine?

Most of the house required reno and almost none in ready move in condition
