There are news saying us financial firms are opening up their loan to foreigner
How are the local climate for securing foreign loan in states like ohio and indiana?
Why are some state more open to foreign loan like florida?
What do seller selling conditions imply?
1) Must close with seller attorney
2) No disclosure given sold as is
1) Why would seller want to close with his or her attorney? Fraud?
2) Imply big ticket repair items? Existing liens with no clear title?
Does mls allow agent to search for fully renovated condition of houses? Many of them are distress hse and the value are not true price
Generally are would there be benefit in buying from wholesale and complete repair rather than buying retail?

Wholeseller often post the price of house after repair and some gives repairs cost
However their estimates of the price of house after repair often overestimate or should u trust their figures?
Their website seems relatively nwly setup for purpose of selling properties
They are more for what purpose?
Many investor comment their condition are more ok compared to others
Whats are your experiences in repairing them?

Looking for some long established reliable company with good feedback on property management particularly manage the properties with owner interests, keep owner in constant contact, know how to deal with bad tenant and efficient rent collection.
Basically not a company looking for quick profit sales and once sold no more replies from them

Their houses are mostly quite expensive factoring repair cost and usually at retail level
Not much potential for flipping profit
