I'm located in Ventura, CA and would love to get in touch. Just got done with a deal (wrapping up final inspection, etc.) and plan on doing another one before the end of the year, I currently work with a few different GCs and would like to see if there is an opportunity for us to work together in the future.

@Baird King I'm located in Ventura as well, keep me in the loop in case of any more networking/social events. I have been to Lloyd's events in Ventura and have invested in mid town Ventura as well. 

I agree with you about the investing potential on the Ave and know a few local agents if you ever need one. But as you already know Ventura is a hotbed in this current market and it's tough to get a property where the numbers make sense.

@Jeff Koval and @Shannel Lee, I'm a new investor as well located in Ventura. Just got done with one property in Ventura and looking for another either in or out of sate. I like the idea of connecting with each other, the only meetup in Ventura I know about is the REI club meetup.
