Unfortunately, I woke up with a fever this morning and my condition seems to just keep getting worse, as such I will not be able to make it this evening to the meetup. Nonetheless since it's a networking event we still have a few tables reserved at the Brew Deck (on the 2nd floor) of Transmission Brewing for all of you that do want to enjoy the view, good pizza and some cold brews....and network of course!

It was a pleasure seeing familiar faces and new ones at the meetup last month. Come join the network of investors in Ventura first Thursday of every month as we discuss Real Estate and more!!

We will continue the 'SPOTLIGHT' series where we have local seasoned investors share their stories, experiences and contacts. For our next meetup we will have Shyd and Jessica Coloma. They will be covering their "Long Distance Investing" journey so far (see what i did there;) focusing on how they profitably manage these assets from miles away.

Hi Cameron, 

All good advise mentioned above. Bummed that you missed the last meetup as our speakers spoke about their personal journey of starting by investing out of state to a current live in flip here in Ventura. Hope to see you at the next one, we have tons of people investing out of state that you can connect with and if you ever decide to start here (in California) I'd love to share my story of how to live for free. No secret just multiple strategies combined in one!
