This post is to try and find out who buys in these markets ! California-high end! Or  Cheaper off market 10K or lower but good deals!! We are not trying to sell to them or build a list! This is to try and find out what the market is like! WE are running a interest only question to see what the markets are doing and trending. Thanks for your input!

Hey Guys/gals!! Just moved to spring Texas and we are looking to connect with investors agents etc in the area!  If anyone has access to off market properties we would love to talk ! Thanks for all the replies! These are SFH all rented and selling for 70% of market value. And Aaron that commented these are real my buddy purchased 2 out of this bunch I just am getting started to buy some myself and sell the others. Thanks for your input anyway. I will take all into consideration.
