There are a few property flip calculators etc on the BP site! The Cleveland area i find has great rents for the price! I know a lot of investors like west side because of tenants but for me the west side i have better cash flow etc. Any questions please hit me up! Good Luck!

Great post and reply's !  I started out that way form California and investing in Ohio (Cleveland) for a few years ! Its a lot of work but after I started things got easier meeting people /trusting them as well. I did all virtually and built from there! Im now in Cleveland working on properties and setting up an even better crew! If you need help In this area I would be boots on the ground for you if needed! Good Luck!!

Great post and reply's ! I live in Cleveland and the area we are in you get both! I get great rents and all my turnkey deals have 15-20-30 K equity built into them and the rents are hot! Let me know if you need any more info!!

Im getting a lot of turnkey deals in nice blue collar area and Im asking if anyone knows where to find those kind of buyers! They are not wholesale but 20-30 K below market with super good rents!!! Thanks for advice ahead of time!
