We are looking how to find the cash buyers (not wholesalers)  that agents get for deals! I know we could use an agent but I really dont want to list my properties with an agent ! I need these sold fast. Thanks ahead of time for your feedback. Most of these are in Ohio but have nationwide as well. Im not selling these here im trying to find out if there is a system that pulls this info up. Thanks so much

I started wholesaling by doing it virtually. Im just trying to connect with newer investors to share stories to make it easier to get a running start! No matter where you are its possible! There are steps to take but its so important to build a support or group to ask questions and walk you through the journey!  If any one has input please ad to the post! Im In Cleveland and would love to meet others new or seasoned doing this! Thanks Guys/Gals!!!!  Its all about making contacts and BP is amazing for that!!  Share your best advice or question!!!

This is a very solid area with great rents! We have 3 deals in this area at the moment.

#1 18806 Pawnee ave Cl. Ohio 44119 comps are $55k-$60k we are selling it for $23 k call me for details etc.
