I have the same question, I am thinking about subscribing to realeflow, for the leads only. I believe you can download up to 1000 leads daily which would still be a lot cheaper than getting them anywhere else I have seen. I cant find any reviews on the leads only aspect. I can only find reviews on the CRM side.
Any one have any experience using realeflow to download leads and use them for marketing? Any success?

I am starting this discussion to see where you guys have found better conversion rates. Obviously they both have pros and cons. But when it comes to getting the seller to make the call, which has work best for you?

Hey Eli!
Try angie's list they have a great selection on both of those areas. But really the best method of them all to find out is asking your local investors for referrals, they'l have the insight from their experiences with the contractors and the brokers. They will be your best bet to figuring out what professionals are good and which are not so good.
