Hey BP,

I potential have a really good deal on a buy and hold property in the Flatlands section of brooklyn, NY. The house is a 2 unit building build in the 1920's and roughly about 1300 Sqft ( I know very small ) . The property as been vacant for some time and is going to need a renovation from the basement to the roof. So I am reaching to GS's in the area who are a open book, reliable and has completed a renovation in the last 12 months. In addition to that if you can refer somebody that would be great that works..

This GS would have to be insured, licensed and within good standing with Dept of Licensing.  Meaning Licensed under GC and not carpenter.

Thanks in Advance

Cheers!

Thanks again.

Hey BP Community,

I do not have a network of realtors in Pittsburgh so I wanted to reach out to the community. My best friends sister just recently graduated from UT Austin and will be completing a two year residency at the University of Pittsburgh. She begins next month, the family had a few things come up that delayed there search. They have found a few places but unfortunately, they have seen to have just missed the opportunities. So I thought It would help by reaching out to the BP community in search of a reputable Realtor from the Pittsburgh area to help with the search. Ideally what she is looking for is something in the price range of 650-950, 1 yr lease, close to transportation, laundry room access, clean, safe, would prefer some utilities paid but not a deal breaker and predator free. Her income is 43K starting out and her credit score is above 700. So if you know of anything that is available please feel free to reach out.

Thanks in Advance :)
