I am looking for a real estate investing course/seminar that is in-person near Albuquerque (Arizona/Colorado are OKAY). I have previously taken investing courses with Rich Dad years ago that were 3-days long and I am looking for something similar.

If anyone knows of anything like this that is upcoming in the next month or so, please let me know. I would really appreciate it.

Sometime I use this two websites... this two are very useful to me... I hope it will help you too.

I do lots of REC (real estate contract)/ owner financing, which is more of seller's control (of course it depends on how you write the contract), rahter than renting or lease options. I am here in Albuquerque. If you need any help, let me know.

Thanks for pointing me out to the bank. Do you know, how to get hold off right person or who/which department should I contact? Is there any other method?

Agree with Jon Holdman expanding on to it.. out of $262 good chunk is principal. SO if you have cash in hand, 15 yrs could be the right approach.
I am assuming your mortgage note says "no pre payment penalty", you can just call and tell them extra check is towards principal. Sometimes if you write on check, they get it too.
You should be watching your asset to debt ratio, and keep under control, while buying more properties on loan (debt).

I am assuming you are a buyer here. In today's market where Short sale is ‘norm’. It's a good idea to use 'specialized' Realtor. They know what they are doing. It's not worth the time. Unless you have direct knowledge and want to proceed with co-operation of seller, then it may be little different case.

I know where and how to get a single REO, I have been doing this for a while. How does BULK REO works? Where all one can find the bulk REO list or tape? Or in other words, how do we get the list of Bulk REO? What's the source?

I am noew here. How does it work, do I have to write something here to get one?
