@Russell Brazil I had to disagree but my situation is different I'm a part time agent by title but have the access of a full time agent I work third shift and do all my research, reading, and being the marketing director while at work. My phone is accessible 19 hours a day. Like Steve Harvey said I'll sleep when I'm dead. It's all about time allotment and organization. Just like being with a big brokerage, you can have good and bad agents. If someone runs their business out of their garage they can be the best. I know a part time agent who still does 75 deals a year by himself.

@Jesse Smith its happen to me with my best friend but he's listing with another and buying thru me. I also had a co worker I had ran the numbers for her mother but listed and sold with another agent. The co worker told me one day I didnt want her to list with you because if something went wrong she didnt want to hear her mother mouth. Which I can understand? I'm not pressed with other people so if they dont want to work with me I'll find someone who will.

If they keep asking for your input just tell them that's something you need to ask your agent.

Ok I should have said good paying jobs.  I was born and raised in Dayton. It's trying to make a come back but it's way behind Detroit. When it gets more than one grocery store on the westside I would consider the city is on it's way back.

@Jeshua Patricki just read an article and downtown has around 1 billion dollars in multi use new construction approved. Deals are here but they have to been found. This summer we just went from 15th to 14th largest city in the nation and the job growth is on the incline as well. It's the total opposite of Dayton to be short.

@Jeshua Patrick in Dayton you can still buy a home for $10,000 but the problem is. Daytons economy is crap. There just aren't any jobs there. Half of my family still live there and if your looking to buy and hold it would be good. There are groups of people buying up blocks.

@Sean D Columbus is growning I've been here since 94' and I dont recognize the city anymore some builder are just building spec home because they know they are going to sell. One builder will start building forc people with a 580 credit score while they are in a credit program and if the buyer falls out. They dont care. The housing market is crazy and so competitive here nice home sell before they come on the market. Nearly a billion dollars in new construction has been approved for downtown multi use.
