@John Allen how much time do you want to put into your business and how much is your time worth. Do you want to learn the business and then pass it off. My thinking is if you go fully passive first and not knowing the business do you know where the money is actually going. Columbus is one of the nation's growing cities. @Ryan Crofford hello, what can I help you with. Columbus is a hot market and very competitive right now. There are deals but it going to be some work.

@Rigo Monzalvo I stand corrected that's might be a little high. I had to look up the address.

@Rigo Monzalvo how much would you be getting per door? The $2800 seems a little low. I've seen 2 bed duplex as far south as Whittier get $1200 per side. The garage would definitely be a plus in that neighborhood only if the numbers are right. I love olde towne east and have had a lot of showing over there. I'm bird dogging some duplexes myself.

@Brian Rowles if you both signed a mutual release your contract with her is dead. If she wants to press the issue file a complaint with the (in Ohio it would be department of commerce, division of real estate). She is in violation for not changing the status of the listing on the MLS.

@Samuel Smith a lot of realtors dont know how to look at nor know how to analyze a deal for a investor before sending it to their investor cleint

@Samuel Smith when you go to school they will have a brokers night when different brokers come in for you to interview and just ask them that you want to also learn about investment properties and do they have someone at their brokerage that specializes in it that you can mentor with
