Keida I will ask you as well how do you know so much about what goes recorded or unrecorded. You seem very confrontational I'm not sure why. If you feel so strongly and are such a supporter of Success Path why don't you start your own thread about the Great Experiences you have had with them . I would be interested in seeing the positive posts since I haven't found very many. Thanks for all your valued input.

Well Keida you are right I did exaggerate that the  good out weighed the bad ten fold . I probably should have said 23 posts with BAD experiences (with Success Path or courses similar )  and 5 posts with GOOD experiences from this thread would have been better, so my apologies.  This is a place to see POSITIVE reviews as well as NEGATIVE and I have read both . So what you said about positive experiences go unrecorded has not been my experience on this website. Most of the people on this website are eager to share their good experiences I have  just never read one that says Success Path is great . That would be interesting to follow and see if there are more than 5 people on this website that think The Guru courses are a good way to start out in real estate. I am glad that the course helped you but I started this thread to warn people of the BAD experience I had with Success Path so I will always give my opinion as long as people continue to post questions.  We will just have to agree to disagree on this matter and I wish you continued success in your real estate ventures. By the way there is another discussion ongoing about Success Path on this website titled " Please help $41,000 paid to a guru company to be refunded !" Its a good little read also.

Yes thats true people do have different opinions but look at the numders....the number of people who have had bad experiences verses good ones . The bad ones out weigh the good ten fold!! If you need to give someone $20,000 to make you change the way you think or get off your can and make money then go for it Success Path is for you. The smart play , however, would be to use Bigger Pockets for $200 a year and the $20,000 to fund your first deal.

It is all a scam every course is only a sales pitch to a bigger more exoensive lie. I started this thread a year ago to warn people that these guys don't intend to help you do anything except raise your credit limits so you can afford the next course. If you take the $2000 3 day course sit down and open your book and you will see the real focus of the seminar ...the 3 day boot camp for $20,000 to $40,000 . That is where I got off the train. In my opinion anyone who tells you different gas drank the kool aid and is just trying ti justify paying so much by saying the courses/seminars are a good thing. The only thing good that came out of Success Path is I found this website during my research after I realised I had be taken for $2000. RUN RUN AWAY don't do it you will regret it.

I did not pursue a refund. I chalked that one up as a cost of education and used it as a business expense . The time I would have wasted emailing, calling ect was enough but the aggravation and wasted energy of letting my blood pressure rise talking to those people was enough for me to just move on to bigger and better. I did learn some things from the 3 day workshop.

1. How to utilize an LLC to protect your investments.

2. How to utilize credit cards( float them to use thier words) by staggering due dates , raising credit limits, on 2 to 3 cards at once and robbing Peter to pay Paul to buy time.

3.That utilizing my credit cards in this fashion is exactly how I choose NOT to invest in real estate.

4.How to REALLY upset an instructor at a guru workshop .

Was it worth $1750 ....no but I over paid so I'm gonna own my mistake. I have read a few people post that they really needed the push in the right direction that they got from Success Path so I am glad for them. My opinion however remains the same and will tell everyone I know to stay away from Success Path . The silver lining is that as I was searching Google looking for real estate software similar to the majic Property Farm (which I never got to use so it may be really good) I stumbled onto guess where.....Bigger Pockets .Com which maybe was worth $1750 so I'm thankful to Success Path for that !!!

Dont forget to tell everyone who is behind (or should i say out in front of this). Tarek and Christina El Moussa as you mentioned earlier in the thread. I posted a similar thread a few months ago Success Path....Fraud? with only 13 replies probably because my lose was $1797 for the 3 day Success Path Work Shop  and $997 for a Tax Lien Program that is also misleading. These people have no heart .

Thanks to everyone for your replies. You all said what I already new in my gut but just needed to have some feed back from others. I researched Success Path on the BBB website (obviously should have ahead of time) and they have over nearly 200 complaints but still maintain a A+ rating unbelievable. I will start fighting for my refund after the holiday and from what I can tell from others who complained to the BBB should get $1000 of my money back anyway. I cant imagine how the people must feel who bought into the $41,000 plan , I will say a prayer for them . I honestly don't see how some people can sleep at night doing people this way. SHAME ON Tarek and Christina and Flip or Flop.. KARMA GONNA GET EM . I will pray for them too! Thanks everyone.
