I am a RE investor as well as a newer RE Agent. I’ve already helped several people purchase homes and I’m now looking to start helping investors in my area. I live in the greater Seattle area and would love some feedback on ways that an Agent such as myself, can help out investors.

Hello BP,

I am a new agent in the greater Seattle area and for the last month or so I've been doing my due diligence in interviewing with several brokerages near me. However, I've discovered that the best fit for me might be on a team with other more experienced agents. With that, I am looking for a Team in the greater Seattle/ Snohomish county area that would take on new agents and train them. Any suggestions or leads in this are would be super helpful!

Does anyone have experience using Apartments.com to manage their rental properties? I've been looking into several property management softwares and recently came across apartments.com which is free. I would love to see your thoughts on this or even stories of first hand experience using this platform.

I am an investor in the greater Seattle area, Snohomish County, and was curious as to what REI strategies are currently working here? For myself, I am into Single Family right now and it's doing ok. Are there any common strategies that seem to be working; multifamily, house hack, BRRRR?

Or do you have any creative ways that you've made deals work?
