Does such an option exist?  If so, where is it?  I can filter for County, Vacant Land, etc, but I can't find a filter for "Owes Property Taxes".  And, beyond that, I would like to filter for "Not Up for Auction Yet" or something similar.  You get the idea.

If that's not an option and I just have to contact County tax offices one by one, I guess I'll do that.  But I figured I'd make a last ditch attempt and ask here.
