@Dave McEvoy sounds like poison to me. Personally I would walk away from it. Not disclosing the tax lien is too shady. What else are you going to find if you did close on this one? You just never know.

@Jessica B. I'm an eye for an eye kinda guy. I have section 8 tenants and I will protect them as much as the law will allow me to. I would ask that tenant to find code violations on the neighbor and start reporting them. Maybe a taste of the medicine is what that neighbor needs. Sounds a little like high school but if the neighbor is that petty and racist, there will be no reasoning with that person.
