Can someone please help me find the webpage that has all the bonuses you get when you sign up for a Pro membership? I've looked but can't seem to find it.

Hey guys, what became of your Gold Coaching Program experience with Mr. Quarles? What were the good and bad things you learned/are still learning? Are you guys still killin' it? You left this thread on a cliff hanger and I'd like to hear more.

Wholesalers, what are your favorite "List Service" providers? Listsource? YellowLetters?
This post is very helpful! I've learned a lot from another podcast (besides the Almighty BP Podcast) about wholesaling, "wholetailing", assigning, etc. It's Michael Quarles' Real Estate Show. He was also on the BP Podcast twice I think. Good stuff.

@James Paine @Jennifer Lee@Nick Doria
How did 2016 work out for you? Did you make your goals happen? What are some strategies you use for making your goals into real results?
I'm looking forward to 2017 and have started on some of my goals but know that lots of new year's resolutions do not come to fruition. Just looking for some help and success tips.
Thanks,
Trent

I'm curious how the seminar went and did you find it helpful/worth attending?

I know this post is about a year old but how is the learning coming? I'm in the same boat you were in. I'm in the learning phase (and have been for a few months) so really the only value I can give is book recommendations.
For mindset,
The Rich Dad's "Cashflow Quadrant" (helped my wife get onboard) is great.
I'm reading "Unlimited Power" by Tony Robbins right now and it's definitely going to be on this list.
Lastly (for mindset), "Stop Saying You're Fine" by Mel Robbins (not to be confused with Tony Robbins lol).
For content (of what I've read so far),
Brandon Turner's "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down" is especially good for explaining finance terms and scenarios outside of the traditional go to the bank and ask for a loan.
"The ABCs of Real Estate Investing" by Ken McElroy is great for explaining due diligence and its importance.
"What Every Real Estate Investor Should Know About Cashflow" by Frank Gallinelli is THE book for analysis and progress tracking. It gets kind of technical but very helpful.
Hope you are doing well. Let me know how you have progressed and what books you have been reading since this post was created.

Hey man. I'm in Salisbury, MO and investing in the surrounding area and eventually looking to tap into the Columbia market. I'm glad to see someone close by is taking advantage of BP. Feel free to bounce ideas off me and I'm sure I'll be asking you plenty of questions in the near future as well.

@Jim Viens I'm a fairly new GTDer and have been using Evernote for a while but wondered if you ended up using IQTell and how you liked it? Any other suggested organization/productivity apps?

BP,
Last night our PREIMA group had a guest speaker from a company called Community Buying Group. I just want to get some opinions and feedback from BP about this company and any positive and negative experiences with them. They seem to be a company that works with large, national suppliers (Lowe's, Sherwin-Williams, etc.) and enables real estate investors to earn extra discounts.
Any feedback is appreciated.
