The bottom line is that we can all learn something from everyone.  I love the business side of Grant Cardone's literature and podcasts.  I enjoy his over the top views on success and how to attain it.  I don't agree with everything but it doesn't matter because I don't need to.  I gain tons of value from his material as well as other authors and speakers.  However, just because he has great things to say about business I'm not taking marriage advice from his stuff or spiritual direction.  As with all writers and speakers you have to spit out the seeds and use what applies to your stage in your business and life.

What @JD Martin said.  I don't mind being a landlord a bit.  As long as you have some emotional intelligence, don't take things personally, and are willing to do some work its not that big of a deal.  Ultimately, I don't want to manage my own properties forever but with the proper systems in place it has been months since I've had to go to certain properties yet they mail me checks even though I haven't been there.

Great post @Redgy Saint-Germain.  I agree with @Austin Fruechting and @JD Martin.  I've followed Grant Cardone for about the last 9 months since I stumbled onto his 10X Rule, which is a fantastic read by the way.  But the whole idea of arbitrarily 10Xing every goal in your life could be a train wreck if not handled with wisdom.  There are certainly times to 10X something and laser focus on that one area for a short period of time.  But, that may look different for different people.  Austin put it right, 10x-ing may just be total immersion into reading, analyzing, and research in the beginning.

In other words, going BIG might be purchasing the FIRST duplex.  To someone else going big might be a 100 unit mulit-family.

Congrats @Filipe Pereira!  There is no better feeling than that first Sunday night when it hits you, "Wait a second, I don't have to go to work tomorrow...or the next day."  That is an awesome goal to acquire $1 million worth of real estate.  You can totally do it by 30 if not sooner!
