@Jennifer Vincent welcome to BP! I am also from the south jersey area and you will be surprised by the amount of people that talk about our area looking for deals. Make sure you set up your keyword alerts and also join your local REI club or group. Cherry hill is one of the main hubs for the SJ real estate investment group.

I am also a newbie but I wont be much longer.. i will be closing on my first rental property (7 units!, diving in all the way!). Im also looking to network with more people to potentially partner up on deals around south jersey.

Hey @Account Closed , Im assuming your listing this property for more than the ARV? You have listed potential profit as $40k but with your all in #'s and your ARV its only ~$19k.

Welcome Walter Marino ! I'm from the south jersey area and I am also a newbie. I'm about to close on my first deal which is a 7 unit multi family complex. I want to learn more and more just like everyone here. I want to pass on some info, there is a south jersey networking event that will be held in Atlanta City on Thursday the 10th at 6:30pm @ the Iron Room on Albany Ave. I really think this will be a great event to meet people and learn from everyone.
